At Little Rowan, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and refunds process.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  
• Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached
  
• Any signs of wear, washing, damage, or improper use will make the item ineligible for return
  
• If an item arrives faulty or defective, you may return it immediately
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us
  

How to return your order

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@little-rowan.com with your order number and reason for return
   
2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address
   
3. Please do not return items to the sender address on your parcel, as returns sent there will not be processed
   

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non refundable, unless the item was received faulty
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Depending on the product, returns may need to be sent to an international warehouse
  

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, Little Rowan will send a replacement free of charge, and you will not need to return the original item.

Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it after delivery by following the standard returns process outlined above.
